How do I get started?

Start by creating a Wellness Living account. The login/sign up link at the top of the page will get you started. After you have created your account, you can go to either the Wellness Living Store or you can click on the class you want to join that is listed on the schedule. This will bring you to purchase options. If this is your first class it is free! Find “Free Class” in the store and use it to book your class. Below are two videos to show you how. You can also go to our policy and procedure page for details. (wait to add additional videos until website is updated)

The Wellness Living App

Once you create an account or Cardio Sport creates one for you, you will receive a “welcome” email from Cardio Sport-Falmouth and Wellness Living. Use this link, or you can go directly to the App Store or Google play and download it from there. Below is video of the email you will be looking for. I want to sign up a family member or my child? How do I get started?

Before beginning classes, parents must sign a waiver for their child. In order to sign the waiver and register them for classes, you have to create an account for them or add them to your account. Below are some videos help you through the process, if you have any questions or need help reach out to us and we will get you started.

I know I need to sign a waiver before I start. Where do I find them?

Once you make your profile/account you can find your waiver to sign for yourself and your family member. See videos below to find our waiver. If you have trouble you can always sign them in the studio.

I have read your policies and want to cancel a class? How do I cancel?

You are welcome to cancel a class within an hour before it starts. See our policies and procedures for details.

I have a Wellness Living account at another studio! How to I change to the Cardio Sport portal?
